Infopass this week and last week

I went to the InfoPass twice in the last 10 days. Last week, a black woman IO told me my NC was cleared in June 2008 and the case was still in NSC.

Nothing else, no service request and just asked me to wait.

Yesterday went there again and meet another Hispanic woman IO. I was told NC cleared in July 2008 and my case is good. Do not know whom I should trust.
Anyhow, she did call NSC for me and talked to IO there about my case. I was told "The case is going to be assigned to an IO and it should be processed in 60 days". Faint, still not in IO hand yet.

By the way, I had a LUD on my old approved I-140 on 6/21/2008. I saw some approved cases on trackitt.com had LUD on approved I-140s on early April.
Hope they can touch my case soon.
Will call them in the next couple weeks and plan for another Infopass at the end of this month if there is no progress.
