Third Session (results on April 5, 2004)

February 8, 2004
Final application deadline for the third session.

Inscription process is going on for all other applicants (the third session is limited).

March 16, 2004
Initial pre-selection third-lists are available online. Candidates must give their choice before March 30, 2004.

Unselected candidates, at this step, must be patient until May 7, 2004.

March 30, 2004
Deadline for the answer of candidates who must give (on the web) their ranking of the offers they accept.

Other candidates will be automatically shifted on the wait list

April 5, 2004
Final admission for the candidates of the third session.

Student will see on his/her personal webpage "n+i" the name of the school which recruits him/her and the costs described in an invoice.

Students who have accepted the "n+i" offer, could print from their personal web page "n+i"
An conditional official letter of admission and,
the invoice in which all costs, to be paid, for the first year are mentioned.

Candidates must confirm their acceptation of the offer.
By giving an answer (on the "n+i" website) before April 25, 2004,.

By paying of deposit (if necessary) mentioned in the accompanying invoice for tuition and fees, before April 25, 2004. The definitive full payment will be done before June 9, 2004.

April 25, 2004
Deadline for acceptation by students of the offer of the School, the costs, etc.

The confirmation of admission is subject to payment of deposit mentioned in the accompanying invoice, before April 25, 2004 (others will be shifted on the wait list).

Students who have paid the deposit, will receive, by express mail, from "n+i"
An conditional official letter of admission and,
the invoice in which all costs, to be paid, for the first year are mentioned. Students must register for a test of French proficiency or provide evidence of their proficiency from an approved individual or organization.

Students must start the process to get the visa.
Application and recruitment processes are going on for all other applicants.

Fourth Session (results on May 7, 2004)
April 12, 2004

Final application deadline. No applications will be accepted after this date.

It will not be possible to submit an online application after 3:00 p.m. (Paris time) on April 12, 2004. The website will be locked.

Incomplete online applications will be deleted from the system without being reviewed.

Documents arriving after the deadline will not be included in the applicant's file.
Students must register for a test of French proficiency or provide evidence of their proficiency from an approved individual or organization.

May 7, 2004
Final answer for all the candidates (primary and wait lists, compilation of sessions 1,2,3 including final list of Eiffel scholarships) will be available for each candidate from his/her "n+i" webpage.
At this time, every student will have received an answer (positive or negative).

The fourth list is made of:
First, candidates moving from the waiting list
and then from new applicants (restricted number).
Successful students will know which institution, of those whose offers they accepted, has admitted them. The name, cost, and location of the program will be identified.

Candidates to an Eiffel scholarship and those from session 4), must give their choice before May 17, 2004.

May 17, 2004
Deadline for acceptation by students of the offer of the School, the costs, etc.

May 26, 2004
Students who have accepted the "n+i" offer, will receive, by express mail, from "n+i"
An conditional official letter of admission and,
the invoice in which all costs, to be paid, for the first year are mentioned.

The confirmation of admission is subject to the full payment of the accompanying invoice or for Eiffel scholars of the letter, by mail, of agreement of "n+i" conditions, before June 09, 2004.

After this date the candidature will be deleted.
Students must register for a test of French proficiency or provide evidence of their proficiency from an approved individual or organization.

Students must start the process to get the visa.
Student must book a place on a flight to Paris on July 14 or 15, 2004.
June 09, 2004 (VERY IMPORTANT)

3 main actions:
Deadline for the payment of the total amount (minus deposit) of the invoice. After this date, candidatures will be automatically cancelled, and deposit will be definitively kept by Réseau "n+i".
Students must furnish the exact date of their arrival, airline and flight number, and airport and arrival terminal. They must have their airplanes tickets.
Students must have furnished the result of one test of French proficiency or provide evidence of their proficiency from an approved individual or organization.

June 13, 2004
Deadline to notify the decision of exemption of the MNF by Réseau "n+i".
Candidates must have in hands passport and visa.

July 14-17, 2004
All students required to take a summer course in French language must arrive between July 14 and 17 2004.

September 8-11, 2004

Students excused from preparatory study of French (MNF) must arrive between September 8 and 11, 2004
