这次签证准备的材料，虽然不知道签证官看没看，不过准备齐全了，以备万一。

材料清单

1. 由签证申请人提供的材料：

1.1.   DS-156 和 DS-157 签证申请表
1.2.   签证申请费收据
1.3.   护照和过去的签证记录
1.4.   邀请人的出生公证 (证明亲属关系)
1.5.   房产证
1.6.   股票资金证明和银行存款证明
1.7.   单位证明信和退休金证明
1.8.   公费医疗保险卡
1.9.   身份证和户口本
1.10.  在美国旅游和在中国的家庭照片

2. 由邀请人提供的材料：
2.1.   写给签证官的信
2.2.   写给签证申请人的邀请信
2.3.   护照，I-94卡，H-1B工作签证，过去F-1学生签证记录的复印件
2.4.   驾驶执照，社会安全卡，医疗保险卡的复印件
2.5.   公司证明信，工资单复印件
2.6.   银行存款证明传真件，银行存单

1.8.   Health insurance card
1.9.   National I.D. and residence verification booklet
1.10.  Photos from trips in the United States and China

2. Provided by the inviter:

2.1.   Letter to the visa officer
2.2.   Invitation letter to the visa applicant
2.3.   Photocopies of passport, latest I-94, H-1B visa and previous student
visas.
2.4.   Photocopies of driver’s license, social security card and medical
insurance card
2.5.   Reference letter from the inviter’s company and pay stubs
2.6.   Bank reference letter and latest statements.
